SITE MANAGER

We are looking for a colleague
SITE MANAGER
(BIS0209/23)
position.
MAIN TASKS
- construction schedule preparation with the assistance of technical development
- update administration of the construction.
- issuing and checking daily and weekly tasks of foremen and workers
- resource management in cooperation with the Project Manager
- communicating with the representative of the procurer
- ability to use ERP systems
- managing and collection of work permissions on site
EXPECTATIONS
- technical, mechanical qualifications
- at least 3 years relevant work experience preferring in operational fields
- knowledge of technological and safety rules
- fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian languages
- user-level knowledge of MS Office
- meticulous attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- problem-solving mindset
- good communication skills
- process approach, agility
